Awesome!! Refreshing to step inside my bathroom or kitchen areas and the drains have such a nice fresh clean smell to them. I put it in at night, run water down the drain in the morning and wow! Nice fresh clean smell and the funny thing is sometimes you do not even know it had a smell at all. We get adjusted to something that is not the norm. All I can say is please give it a try. I use this product as a drain freshener and it is on a schedule for once every 6 weeks to do a maintenance drain cleaning treatment to keep all running well. I Like this product a lot! I have a double bowl kitchen sink and my dishwasher empties out into the right sink. My right sink was backing up a lot so I needed to take care of that. The last time I used a non-enzymatic drain cleaner it nearly ruined my pipes so I stay away from those. A plumber told me to use enzymatic drain cleaners so I decided to try this one. I used a different one before that worked but I could not remember the name of it. It took about 5 days for this one to work on my right sink. I let it sit overnight in my sink and in the morning I poured hot boiling water down the drain but it was still not draining. It was still draining slowly after 5 days but I read another review that said to try using a plunger. I put a heavy bowl over the drain in the left sink and used the plunger on the right sink drain and after about 2 plunges it worked on my drain. A bunch of small black particles whooshed out of the left sink drain and into the bowl I had cover it with. I ran hot water down the drain and now it drains well. It takes some time and effort to get the drain to open but that's better than having ruined pipes.

Drain had been overflowing into kitchen sink. A couple of methods worked temporarily, but didn't really fix the problem - including vinegar&soda and a foamer type name brand. Decided to try the enzyme method before giving up & calling a plumber. Chose this one from several sold at Amazon. Used the 5-day overnight "soak" method, recommended on the bottle for stubborn slow drainage. By day 3, the sink was backing up, draining MORE slowly. Looked up the company web site. Somewhere in the info it mentioned this possibility when the crud finally starts to break loose. Day 4, still overflowing, but I used a kitchen (NOT bathroom!) smaller plunger to see what would happen - AFTER running water so the enzyme solution had drained away. A few tries, and presto, the sink drained normally, has been OK ever since - about 4 days so far. I plan to do the overnight treatment once each week for a month or so, then monthly as recommended for maintenance. Am very happy, but users should know that some stubborn backups may take a bit of time - not just an hour or so. Am wondering if anti-bacterial dish soaps are part of the problem, as this is the first time in our 41 years in this house that such a slow drain backup has happened. Dec. 31 - sink still draining normally. (Some comments mention getting rid of an unpleasant odor. In my case, no problem with smell - only the slow draining, sink backup - happily now back to normal!) UPDATE: Have used for maintenance and a smaller bathroom sink. In general, a suitable plunger after rinsing away the overnight soak is helpful. Still very happy with the product - now a household staple. Just re-ordered.

Used 3 times a few days apart, my sink still smells foul. I know it's not my garbage disposal, because I don't have one. :o(

I’ve used this two days ago and after used everything else, ( even the green gobbler draino product) this seems to work. Now I did twice cause the one time I did it I can tell a different but the smell wasn’t has strong so ROUND two ( with no mixtures of water like the instructions says) I did this morning and when I get back from work I will see.. I pours maybe 4 cups total , 2 cups the first time was mixed with water like the instructions says , the other 2 cups was pure ( not sure if that’s okay, but I did it and I will find out lol ) Anyways the product don’t have a strong smell or anything that gives chemicals. So it’s thumbs up for me for now . In 2 weeks I will give update

After facing the likelihood of a repair bill, some research lead me to try this enzyme product. After attempting (while making pickles) to grind the green peels of watermelon rinds my dispisal jammed to the point that I was planning to call a repairman. The enzymes work like a miracle and cleared the clog quickly and easily. You just pour a couple ounces in the drain and leave it overnight and voilà.! The drain flows freely in the morning. I am so pleased with this product. I’ve decided to use it once a month as a prevention and a cleaning medium in all my drains.

Didn't work well in my dishwasher. The smell was still there.
