The lift came partially assembled and was well packaged. Instruction to assemble were ok but it was easy to put together anyway. Worked well, wheels and manouverability was good . The lift and lowering action was smooth without any sudden movement. In built safety lock to prevent the lift from being lowered inadvertantly is excellent. Only small issue is that the rubber guides that are between the lift and the load you are lifting are only attached with a small amount of glue. I had to glue this down with Gorilla glue and it seems to work fine since. I took one star off for this reason. Excellent product otherwise and great value for money.

Can't say enough about the seller or the product. Problem with the first one but all sorted within two days with minimal fuss. Will definetly recommend and use again. My bike is over 660 kgs and this lifts it with no problem at all. Jack is stable and well built. No instructions for assembly side but you would have to be a complete muppet to not be able to do it. It's good value and good quality as well..

This is a great product. It does require a little assembly, for which there are no instructions, but it is not difficult to work out how it goes together. It lifts any size of motorbike with ease - my largest was a Triumph Explorer at ~250kg. The lifting rails are quite widely spaced and you may need to put a board across them for smaller bikes. Once up the locking mechanism is solid (perfectly OK overnight). Letting the jack down smoothly requires a little practice. Overall very pleased - very much worth the money.

brilliant but the instructions very hard to follow

I took ages to decide which lift to het for my Bobber. A review on here persuaded to buy this one as one of my concerns was minimum height as the Bobber is low. This slides under a treat and lifts the bike with ease. When the bike is up it is very stable. There are straps for long term use but for cleaning and fiddling about you don’t need them. I found that de-pressuring the hydraulics is very well controlled with a very easy and slow descent of the bike. My only criticism is that mine was one washer short, easily sorted, and the instructions are rubbish. That said it is very easy to figure how to assemble it. So very well built, easy and controllable to use with a very low minimum height which will be important to some out there. Highly recommended.

A few things you should know about this product. 1. it will NOT fit under a Triumph Bobber black ( so check your bike to ground clearance measurements ) 2. it is CRAZY heavy (which gives confidence in its build I suppose ) 3. It does NOT come with a return label.. to send this back would cost you a fortune in postage, Prob more than it cost to buy so if you find yourself stuck with it like I am then its Facebook market / ebay time to try and recoup some of the cost of buying it. I am sure it would prob do the job if it fitted under my bike ( I made the mistake of reading a review that said it would ... NOT ) but for now I have a steel floor space ornament to hang stuff on. :-(

As stated by other, robust design, excellent value, only gripe is the limited instructions are fairly useless, but its fairly simple stuff to fit the remaining parts , the long return spring is slightly tricky, i found it easier to attach it before you pop the pin through the top of the jack, then pull it up into position, carefully, then push the pin the rest of the way through, good kit
