Make sure that you reset your limit switches
I saw a few people saying that this part didn’t work. When changing this board, you will need to set all of your limits. The instructions are included. If you follow them, it will work for you. Great product, easy to install, and works as it should. The price was reasonable.

Exact fit for several Chamberlain models.
The original board was a little more than a year old so out of warranty. The new one arrived, was installed smoothly, and worked as expected. I’m a little suspicious because this new board had a revision number on it. Also, there were many different sources where this board was available. I’m suspecting there was a latent defect or internal design in adequacy that caused these boards to fail? In any case, the board worked fine.

Worked for Me
Got this to replace the board on my 10 year old Liftmaster. It was blinking 4 top and 1 bottom. Delivery was sooner than expected. Came well packaged and included instructions. Everything works perfectly now.

Spews RF like a firehose. HF Hams beware.
This was the same board I took out when I replaced my old one, but although the old one still worked, this one did not, and just blinked the arrows as though something was blocking the sensor.I may have needed to calibrate it first, but that wasn't why I returned it.The reason I did was because of all of the interference it spews out constantly.Evidently, all these boards emit lots of RF interference by design, specifically on HF frequencies from 3-8MHz.I ended up replacing my Chamberlain opener with a Genie, which doesn't have that RFI issue.
