It's a good quality with no fillers , it did boost my immune system and I can tell that I did not get sick even when surrounded by ppl having a cold

I got this product cause I was told it would increase bust size and help with skin conditions but that is just not the case. It doesn't do anything that a multi vitamin couldn't do but I don't know how it works for people with bleeding issues. Taste is very strong. If you don't like the smell of straight up pollen then this is not for you. Easy to swallow with lots of liquid.

The Bees Knees. Not literally their knees. I notice how strong and pure it is, one of the best supplements you can get for general health. You will smell it as soon as you open it and if you take it you will probably sneeze more easily, and you can tell your immune system is behaving different. For me anyway.

I've heard so many great things about this product and specifically this brand. My friends all swear by it. I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I actually just open the capsule and empty it in my mouth and wash it down with water. It doesn't taste bad to me at all, and I like that it doesn't have any artificial fillers. I can tell a difference in my health since I've started taking it. I'll continue to purchase it!
