Bought these for my mum who has arthritis so thought they would be a perfect small gift. Tested them as they give enough heat to keep her hands warm.

I've been looking for reusable hand warmers that were small enough to fit inside a pair of gloves for ages. These stayed warm for around an hour while out walking today and so are more than adequate for my cycle commute to work. Looking forward to still being able to feel my fingers when I let go of the handlebars. Highly recommended!

So they do heat up and stay hot for long but are VERY difficult to activate

I bought these heat pads for my 9yr old son to use when in school to keep him warm when he’s in class with the windows and doors open due to ventilation and covid. First fundamental issue is that the metal clip inside that needs to be flexed back and forth to activate the process, is so difficult that it’s impossible for him and myself to do, my husband also struggled but after several attempts, he managed to to do it. When they did heat they heated for about 10 mins. Then after slow boiling them several times to return them to a liquid state, once cooled they begin to crystallise again once more. Leaving this product absolutely useless. For £10 I expected the product at least to be what was expected and it was not. Don’t wast your money, mine will be going in the bin.

It’s good that you get 6 of these, but they’re quite small and 2 have already spilt at the seems with a few days of buying. They get very hot quickly, but cool down quite quickly too, so not great for aches and pains as they don’t stay warm long enough. However they’re okay for the price paid.

The heat didn’t really last long. Left them in boiling water to get back to its original state but never it never fully did.
