HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Reduces Severity of Hot and Cold Flashes!
My wife tried these and loves them! She says they have greatly reduced the severity of her hot and cold flashes due to menopause. Even I can tell her hot flashes are less severe when I touch her forehead! The effects kick in after 3 days of taking the product so don't expect it to work like an aspirin. You have to take it each day for 3 days, then it 'kicks in' on the 4th day. It keeps on working so long as it is taken regularly. I highly recommend this product to any woman suffering from menopause with hot and cold flashes. Just in case you are wondering: I am writing this after the wife used the 1st bottle, and as I am ordering a 2nd for her at her request.

Love it!! Actually controls my hot flashes better than hormones did. I have also noticed that I very rarely have them anymore after taking for a year.

I’ve tried the th!rthy $ supplements which only have a fraction of isoflavones and have settled on this one for my go to. I didn’t realize how well this worked until I ran out. The week in between running out and ordering another bottle, I could tell that my hot flashes were coming back.

I love this product!! I wish it was still in stock, I haven’t been able to get it for a few months and the others I’ve tried are not as good as this one!! Helps really good with hot flashes.

good ingredients
I had hoped to use this supplement for hormone balancing. I haven't been able to detect results, but I am afraid I have not used it consistently enough to say I have given it a fair trial. The ingredients are very good and it is probably worth a longer trial.

It works!
It took a couple of weeks for it to really start making a difference but I am so happy with the results. I am calmer, less moody and hot flashes have decreased a lot. I have found taking one in the morning helps me throughout the day and one at night allows me to sleep better with less hot flashes. The price is also very reasonable making it a win win!
