This product is really good for growing and thickening your hair. The great thing their is not a strong onion smell.

Great natural product

So let's address the elephant in the room first - Coconut Oil is a solid at room temperature. Now, since this is advertised for for hair and skin and comes in a bottle shaped as it does, you would expect that it has some other chemical in their to stop the coconut oil from solidifying. But it doesn't. Unless you live somewhere very hot, they will come as a solid and you will need to heat it up to melt it down and use it. Which is a pain, to be frank. So what I did was leave it on the radiator overnight to melt, and then poured it into a different container once it was a liquid. Now as a solid I can easily access it still and it is soft enough when solid that you can just scoop a little out on your finger and it melts in your hand really easily. Now that is out of the way, the product itself - It is literally just 100% Coconut Oil. I have been using it on my scalp these past few days and it does seem to have helped with my dry scalp. So it seems to have done exactly what I wanted it to. Price: £8.99 (at time of purchase) for 100ml of Coconut Oil is quite pricey when you can get 500ml from the supermarket for less. And since it is just 100% Coconut Oil and even says you can cook with it, I don't see why it would be any different from the stuff you can buy in the supermarket either. Other than the fancy bottle it comes in, which is less than useful due to it being a SOLID not a liquid at room temperature. Overall it does what it is meant to, but it is a bit pricey and bottle is unnecessarily awkward. Just buy some from the supermarket and save yourself some pennies and hassle.

Like the product but hard to get it out of the bottle because it sets solid.

This is impossible to get out of the container. It’s not liquid at all. It’s just solidified. Also the container becomes very slippery if you manage to get a tiny bit out making it even harder to squeeze

I love using coconut oil to soften and moisturize my skin, but have always hated sticking my fingers into a jar of it, so I was excited to find this in a squeeze bottle. Since it is fairly impossible to squeeze out the solidified oil, I either sit with it under my leg for 5 minutes, or more often I take it in the shower with me and lay it on it's side on the shower floor until I finish so the hot water runs under it. The oil will be liquid and easily applied after the shower. Remember, though, DO NOT let any of the liquid oil go down the drain as it will solidify and clog your drain.
