Came packaged very well. I was worried when I saw the box damaged on the side, but the styrofoam absorbed the blow. I love that it's completely lockable. Drawers and all. Now not to forget where I keep the key!

The entire thing locks, which is hard to find and is a great feature. The lock is durable, I have unlocked and locked it several times a day for several months now and it is holding up just fine and feels very sturdy.The size is great, ample ring storage which is also hard to find, and all of the compartments meet my needs. The wood finish is good quality, no complaints there.The one thing I would change though and why am only giving 4 stars instead of 5, is the color of the velvet lining. I wish it was a nice cream color so the jewelry could look its best against it. Maybe it’s not a big deal to some people, but to anyone who is picky about color it’s worth noting. And to the manufacturer, you would have a perfect product here if you change the lining color to a nice off-white/cream!

Overall great product. The compartments are customizable, it's sturdy, and it has a lot of spaceThe front drawers can only open if the side panels are slightly open or more. Which is fine but can be a hassle in tight spacesThe downsides are that the lock is not completely safe as the screws are on the outside. While it works fine for keeping kids out. Anyone determined can just unscrew the front plateSome people had issues with the mirror being off when shipped (just takes some glue to fix) , mine was fine but it is a common issue in the past.

Got it for my mom for Christmas. She loved it but the mirror came unglued... she just kept it off and that sucks. Obviously don’t want to see that nasty glue stuck to the box without any mirror but it’s still a beautiful jewelry box. Might have been mishandled during shipment. Not a travel box btw

The box is beautiful.The key mechanism does not work. It does not line up quite right for the hook to go through the upper lid. Quite a disappointment in that regards.It looks nice, just needs a bit more working function.Even if it is more of an ornamentation (lots of exposed screws that someone could easily take out and get it, but still to have a key even just for fun, does not open and lock. If I had enough time to return it I would. Tried to lightly bend it to fit better, even tried unscrewing and realigning, but it is just off just enough that it does not work as intended.

This jewelry box is beautifully designed and is well constructed. I was very pleased with the quality of the product.

This is a great item, no complaints about it, or the seller, in any way. Took me a while to find a nice jewelry box to get for the wife as a replacement to an old one that was damaged during a recent move. Picked this one out and when it arrived, surprised my wife. She liked it a lot and thanked me, however (as a word of advice to you husbands out there) I would not recommend buying this for your wife IF she is having an affair that you don't know about. So, later that week I found her with another man and after local police involvement I was asked to leave the property for my wife to pack. The only thing I found of hers when I came back home was this box, smashed to pieces on my back porch steps.

This is exactly as pictured! Gorgeous and made so beautifully. It’s exquisite and I couldn’t find one flaw in design. The wood is a very natural and smooth finish. Matches my wardrobe perfectly. Especially with the gold accent. And LOTS of space for jewelry!!! It’s pretty big so you’ll need a lot to fill it all the way up.
