Ok, so I have had this for a couple of years and have used it a far bit. It isn't stainless steel and heavier that I expected but is easy to use and clean. The lower bowl corroded around the holes where the juice runs through within the first half a dozen uses but I still continued to use it. The lower bowl has now bent out of shape rendering the the thing useless. Hubby tried straightening it and it fractured. Looking to buy another squeezer now, but it won't be another of these

This juice extractor is really brilliant. I used it on some oranges which were large, so I cut them smaller, and they were easy to squeeze, much easier than the manual cone which you have to twist the fruit round, and less messy too. It was easy to wash, and is well made and compact for storage in a drawer. I wish I hadn't bought an electric juicer, which was a real disappointment. Also, I don't think I will be using my cone squeezers any more. I look forward to squeezing lots of different fruits in it. Very good price too, and came from Amerzon within 24 hours of ordering. Well done Amazon!

Brilliant to begin with, but soon started to bend through use (predominantly for limes so small fruit). Pin then fell out and so now in two pieces, pin got lost, and now is totally unuseable. And also finish within became corroded and pretty grim even after it's been washed after use. Since the original post we have been given a new one free of charge. Very good customer service dealing with the faulty product and hoping the new one will serve us better than the last.

The photos show it looks like it is matt, it is shiny; a small point but it makes me think that it isn't made of the material they say it is made of. I bought this one rather than a similar cheaper one because the hinge pin in the photo looked better quality, in reality it looks like quite poor quality and will probably be the thing that goes first. The ribs to grip the fruit aren't as deep as they look in the picture.One design fault, the two cups don't squeeze together, they fail to meet by quite a long way. this means that the lemon, for example isn't fully juiced, quite a lot of lemon is left unpressed.Overall I feel this is misrepresented.

The build quality of these squeezers is top notch. Really strong and nice smooth plating so easy to clean. One small gripe is that it doesn't quite force all the juice from the lemons, the edges are still left with plenty juice left when you've fully squeezed the middle... Still a very good buy!

This juicer is brilliant. It is incredibly sturdy and by far the best juicer I own and I own several, including an older original glass juicer, a beech wood one and a Joseph citrus reamer. I squeezes out the maximum amount of juice with little effort, leaving absolutely no pips.Update: However, had it and used it daily since bought, and it is pitted badly inside and I am about to abandon it and starting my research again.The design is fabulous, the product itself less so.

This is the best juice extractor I have ever used. I've used a reamer, an electric juicer etc. but this exceeds any I've used before. I hate juicing lemons and having the juice sting any little cuts you have on your hands ( but love home made lemonade and lemon curd). This let me juice lemons without having my hands sting from the juice. It's quick to use and the juice just pours out. A little tip sideways and more juice pours out. It also stops the pips getting into the juice. It's heavy, well made and feels like it will last a very long time. So glad I saw it on Amazon.

The juicer has a nice weight to it so it doesn't feel flimsy or like it's going to break when pressing on the cut up fruits. The hinges are a bit loose for my liking but overall it's sturdy and worth the money spent. I gave this to my dad and he's happy so I'm happy =)
