Chicco Balloon Baby Bouncer, Dark Grey

Very comfy bouncer chair. I call it my baby's throne. :-) She loves being it; we've used this from about 4 weeks old. I don't find the mechanism stiff at all, like someone else mentioned. It's a very sturdy bouncer with a vibrate option. The straps are a little tricky to pull out/adjust. The toy bit slots into a little holder on the side. It's never fallen out, but I can see that as baby gets older, it wouldn't be too difficult for them to pull it out. Then again I don't think an older baby (8/9 months) would want to be strapped into a bouncer anymore. (Although my 3 year-old now likes to get in it and it supports her weight! :-)) We often use this without the toy bar, so baby has a better view. We sit her in it whilst we're having dinner and then put it on the table.There are three different music settings and two volume options. There is also a button that you can press to record your own voice and then play it for baby. The toys face outwards, but the three dangly toys have got a design/mirror on the back + they can easily be taken off and turned round to face baby. So not an issue for us. The only bit that can't be turned around is the round balloon bit. Overall we're really happy with this bouncer.

We've bought this ready for our new arrival so can't yet comment on whether or not he likes it.However the bouncer itself is great:* The quality of the material is good if a little stiff, although the areas where the baby sits have additional soft padding.* The mechanisms for raising and lowering each section (the middle and bottom) are secure but as a result require two hands to lower (one on each side).* The battery operated toy works great, the quality is nowhere near as bad as some reviews have made out. It plays various tunes - different styles depending on which button you press, plus can record your voice and play that back. It's also worth noting that the lights are on BOTH sides of it, and so are visible to both the baby and you. I don't understand the reviews which complain about the lights facing away??

I never write reviews but maybe this can help? I bought this item sometime back and i really fell in love with it for it being sturdy and it felt very comfortable at the touch however, I had to return due to the toy bar which is the most important part of the swing facing away from the baby. If the manufacturers can work on that little detail and update their customers, this would be one of the best in the market. The child has to interact with toys. Hope this helps.

Bought this on a recommendation from a friend as they use it all the time with their daughter. Safe and secure and comfortable for baby to sit in whilst mum gets on with other things. Lovely design and great little features such as the toy bar and vibrating seat. Suitable from birth as the seat is adjustable and is easy to cary around with the straps.

The.actual chair is lovely. Baby loves it, the recline is good. It sits up when moving it though which is frustrating. My main issue is the toy bar. Firstly as mentioned in many reviews it faces the wrong way. Secondly the toys arent very secure. My little lad (24 weeks) has already managed to pull one toy off its ribbon completely, as in the stitching just unraveled. Also of he pulls on the toys the toy bar swivels and has hit him in the face a few times or the toys have swung and hit him in the face.The actual chair is lovely and comfortable for him. He loves it so from that point of view it's a success. I do however think the toy bar needs some serious adjustment.

It is a perfect bouncer for babies...100% agree with the description and features. Very much comfortable and a good quality product....Battery was not included, contacted Amazon and they refunded amount for battery.Love the product so much and I will recommend it for everyone......Delivered earlier and easy to use.

Perfect for my newborn and will last a long time. Very sturdy and lots of different options to keep baby entertained

Lovely little chair with plenty of padding for the tiniest baby. Good that back comes up to sitting position when baby is older.
