Best chocolate flavour I've tasted. Mixes with no lumps just by shaking

Brilliant Shake (now edited…)
Absolutely delicious shakes in both water and milk! Bought the chocolate flavour and it’s honestly one of the nicest protein shakes I’ve ever had! Also, the ease of the shake is fantastic, not a lot of shaking goes into it to make all the lumps n clumps disappear for a lovely smooth shake! Glad I have subscribed to this product! I will leave my original review as that was true to the first product, but my next purchase of this powder is vastly different… they have changed the flavour of the chocolate shake and it is really not very nice at all, completely ruined what was a delicious drink! I hope it can be reversed… going to have to force my way through this tub☹️

Worst tasting shake I've ever tried
The worst tasting shake I've ever had, gonna go to waste, thought id try a different recovery powder but will be going back to for goodness shakes, this stuff is absolutely foul, tastes like the milk is off, cant even think about the recovery benefits.

Works Well
I switched to High5 from Science In Sport when the price of the later got a bit too steep. This product works just as well, is easy on my stomach but the usual side effects of protein are evident. Certainly tastes alright.

WARNING: New flavour - 2 scoops only
UPDATE: The prep instructions have subtly changed. You only need 2 scoops rather than 3 (old formula). Making it with 2 scoops is much better, it's actually drinkable. I was previously a fan of this product, not anymore. The updated chocolate flavour stealthily rolled out Q1 2023 is terrible. No idea why it's been changed (skimping on ingredients?) I'll be returning for a refund.

Really great taste and consistency. I do use milk rather than water. Reasonable value too compared to the cost of protein bars.

Nice taste, easy instructions to use , use in a bottle shaker. Can use pre, during and post exercise. Like super unleaded petrol (if u was a car) for your body
