I’ve been taking these for years now. Highly recommended, they do work.

I read the reviews and there are a few saying they did not help. This was my experience as i felt more bloated, less regular taking these but i do acknowledge they are a good product and work for many folk

This is a great product. However, Amazon are selling them with very short life spans which isn't really acceptable as the price of this product has risen exponentially over the last few years.My last box purchased in June 2022 had an expiry date of 06/2023 (lot# 67323K21) - a 13 month life span from time of purchaseMy current package purchased today has an expiry date of 09/2023 (lot# 67644C22) - a 6 month life span from time of purchase ...I don't believe in waste - but if you are selling me something that has this short of a lifespan you should be reducing its cost.
