These price guns are just straight up trash. I need these style of price guns for the letter codes & price function, this is the 4th one I’ve purchased in under 2 years, they are cheap and somehow seem to be getting cheaper, this purchase, the first use out of the box and it fell apart, multiple sheered bits of plastic ejected when opening up the price gun. My last two prior both had issues with the sticker feed and with replacing ink. The first one I ever bought, was the best, but the cartridge that holds the ink broke. These just suck. Planning to get a way higher quality one instead of wasting my margins on this dumpster fire.

Was sent 2nd one and it’s still CRAP! Said they were sending label to send back second one a week ago! Not yet. Don’t waste time or money on this! Impossible to load.

You get what you pay for, and this was absolutely not worth the hassle at all. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more for a higher quality product. This thing jammed after like five labels and hasn’t worked since. Haven’t been able to unjam it, got covered in ink the process. Just no.

Constantly jams, garbage item

I have to admit that this almost took longer to master than my patience would allow. But here's a tip: after familiarizing yourself with their decoder table, take a peek inside the nozzle (where the tags pop out). You'll get a feel for the letters and writing in reverse order. The object itself feel plasticky. Not the iron price tag makers we used back in the 80s/90s. Overall, it does the job of tagging. Love that it comes with lots of stamps and ink. Recommended for using when you have several like items. You may go bonkers if you have to change the lettering very often.

Jams all the time. Lettering is reversed. Labels are always unclear.
