Straight away just from the smell of this I could tell this was going to be an amazing spice mix. When I compared the price to other places this is very good value for money. I can also say that I was very happy to see that there was some free recipes included in the parcel which has given me some good ideas when using the mix. I would definitely recommend this product.

GOOD BUT SELL-BY DATE TIGHT
The ras el hanout spice mix is of high quality and gives dishes flavour. The reason I have not given an excellent rating is because I received the ras el hanout in February and it has a sell by date of May - so only 3 months to use it within. Not good.

Hooked on a flavour
Wow, this is my favorite spice blend ever. I usually just mix my own spices, but decided to give this one a go cause I wanted some authentic flavours for a lamb tagine. Ever my parents who are usually afraid of spices couldn't stop raving about the taste. Since I made my original tagine last week, I've already used the blend for making a shakshuka, chicken in harissa marinade, and doing my second tagine this weekend. I'm hooked.
