Very comfortable and fits perfectly. Much much better than my last grind guard which was 150 euros from my dentist and was uncomfortable and a little loose. I cannot believe how well this one fits me. Not even a tiny bit loose and so incredibly comfortable. No discomfort whatsoever. Only 20 euros and you get 8 grind guards, so if you mess up molding one of the them like I did, you can try another one. I got it perfect on the second one. Absolutely love this grind guard.

These are easy to use, very comfortable, and did what I needed. No more waking with headaches and jaw ache.

Firstly I was sceptical about this working as I paid a lot for my one at the dentist few years ago, a friend recommended this product “ok I said “ So it’s here read instructions nice and simple, water was simmering pop the mould into the water 10 - 15 seconds out, then Please allow to cool. I rushed and popped them in a bit soon VERY HOT min the gums lucky I not stupid enough to burn myself. Mould my teeth perfectly, there are a few in the pack in case you mess the first one up.Anyway Great night sleep woke up much more relaxed it was nice chewing on rubber and not grinding my teeth again and the Kids said I have not snoring. Lucky them haha.Yeah great product highly recommended. Never getting one from the Dentist again £££ fortune saved!!

Does not work. Followed instructions to the letter, it does not mould to teeth, certainly looks nothing like the image! Sticks to itself when in the water then becomes unmouldable when it hits the cold water. Don't waste your money or time!

Product packaging ensures the safety of the products inside. The retainers are easy to mould and have easy instructions. However, the retainer is too thick. I would also argue the end product does not look entirely like the picture on the front of the products packaging.
