I love it, I've had it a while no problems at all, heats quickly, Russell Hobbs is a well known brand so I didn't foresee any technical problems, so far I'm very happy with my purchase

Just arrived today. Replacement for one with broken lid. I like it. Smart. Good size. Noisy, much louder than my old one. Also it's a right handed kettle. If you hold with left hand you can't see the filling window because it's only on one size, that's a pain . Overall a good kettle. Just to add to this now that we've had it a bit longer. Still like it. Fast boil. Doesn't drip at all! Our last one did all the time. This one is a great pourer.

Works great and looks sleek. Delivers on the promised fast boil It looks better than expected after a few months in a hard water area. It cleans up well, especially the brushed steel exterior. It doesn't leak, very durable. It makes noise when boiling but nothing unexpected

This is a great value good-looking and efficient kettle. It is made of stainless steel with a brushed finish. It has black plastic in the places where you are likely to touch it as it obviously gets quite hot so; the handle, the lid and the base. It’s quite a nicely designed object. It pours nicely with its well-engineered “perfect pour” spout. You can actually boil fairly small amounts of water in it which is good and it has “water window” so that you can accurately judge how much water you need to boil. Being a cordless kettle, it sits well on its base and can be rotated on it through 360 degrees. It has a concealed element and the insides of the kettle are smooth meaning that it’s easy to keep clean. If you live in an area with hard water, this makes it easier to remove any build up of limescale. Also, to prevent any loose limescale ending up in your drink, there is a filter on the spout which works reasonably well. I bought this kettle to replace another Russell Hobbs product which ended up (after many years of use) with a broken switch. That was a slightly more expensive version of this kettle that is described as “Quiet & Fast Boil”. Although it is true to say that the old kettle was a bit quieter to boil than this one, it had the disbenefit of being more difficult to clean inside and descale due to having a “diffuser” inside which was more prone to limescale build up. So unless the quiet boil feature is important to you, I would say that this cheaper model is better if you live in an area with hard water. Overall I have found this kettle to be well-suited to my needs. I don’t always need to boil much more than a cup of water so it’s good that it can do that pretty quickly. But it also has a good capacity of 1.7 litres for the times that I want to boil more. I definitely recommend this kettle but if you want the quieter version and don’t have hard water then the slightly more expensive model is also worth considering.

This is a Russell Hobbs classic which I've come back to. It's not heavy nor huge, so it's easy to handle and sits neatly on the work top, where it does it's job quickly and without lots of noise. The lid pops wide open for filling and the spout pours in a suitably refined manner. I'm very pleased to have this old friend back.

I honestly haven't been able to fault anything this brand makes I replaced like for like after my kettle gave up Which was second hand and probably over 10 years old. Great price for how much it's used and how long they've been known to last. They are quite loud but not so noisy. It's disturbing. Easy to use the button lights up to show that it's on. One thing I would say is that I did prefer when it also lit up inside the kettle. This one doesn't have that feature. Reasonably energy efficient.

Calling ALL parents! Kids all asleep? Want a nice cuppa in peace? Don't buy this kettle then as it's so bloody loud it wakes up the entire damn family!!! It's a horrible noise as well!! I hate this kettle. The first ever boil I was wowed ..it was quick, it did what most kettles do, it wasn't loud on that first boil..my last kettle broke and I was microwaving my water for a while, so I felt like a queen on that first boil. I have six kids, (7 including Mr Katie), I like my morning coffee in peace, but now..no..I boil the kettle and it wakes up the entire street. Not happy, I don't like it - I should of listened to the reviews, I read most of them, I honestly thought it's a kettle, how loud can it be jeez. It's loud, it's annoying.. I hate it. If I could go back in time ..😑 i actually want to return it but as it's not defective and just how the kettle is, I don't think I can 😢

A decent kettle for the price, but the lever for lifting the lid has now gone, making filling the kettle difficult. And there is limescale now around the top. We've had it a year, so I don't know if that's a reasonable life expectancy or not for this quality of kettle. Other than that, it's a reasonable kettle.

Buon bollitore ad un prezzo decisamente buono. Forse il look non è dei migliori ma per quello che deve fare va bene così. Scelto perché è in acciaio ( prima ne avevo uno in plastica della stessa marca) Consigliato.

J'ai voulu changer de marque, l'ancienne était de marque Moulinex. Je suis surtout déçue du bruit, elle est vraiment trop bruyante c'est ma seule déception, le reste est convenable
