I don’t experience no taste before and after so that’s good. It’s easier to swallow for me when I take it with juice. I didn’t experience any difference when taking just one capsule. So I started taking 2capsules and I could feel a HUGE difference. So explains why dosage is 2capsules. I’ve only taken the two dosage for a month and I can sing better, I can go a little higher when I sing in which I couldn’t do since my lungs got damaged. I can walk around for much longer when before I hyperventilated too quickly. I can’t wait to see what 2 more month of this winter mineral will do for me. Lots of thx to the inventor of this product. This works GREAT!
This mullein works! Keeps the phlegm in my lungs loose way better than drinking the tea and I get an added bonus of not being constipated anymore - I've tried so many things for constipation and this mullein works great and it's all natural - I will take this forever - No more having to brew tea twice a day just pop a capsule and I'm good to go.
