The record cleaning solution does contain alcohol, and is invaluable for cleaning up second-hand records. It works very well indeed - just spray on, and leave for a few moments before cleaning off with the included micro-fibre cloths. Really, you should only ever need to use the record spray once on any one record, if you handle them properly, and in my experience over several years, the alcohol does no visible or audible harm. I haven't ever used the included stylus cleaner.

Very good for bulk cleaning- large cloth to place LP on and good size spray. Spray nozzle gets stuck after a couple of dozens squirts- annoying!

This is a really good product. I am a vintage record collector. I have used another product before. But this one is excellent. I had 2 old records which I thought i could never listen to. But it has cleaned the albums and made them listenable again. I also cleaned the my other old collections and the change is quality of sound is remarkable- excellent!

Very easy to use and does the job well

I was a little sceptical with 100's of cleaners on the market but as this one is advertised as producing cleaners for Abbey Road Studios, it gave me a little more trust. Nice touch coming with two micro fibre clothes labelled as Audiophile quality. I had to smile that it came with a nice big card advertising ALL its products BUT didn't leave room for the instructions, other than saying visit their site for instructions. Comes with a record stand for the records to dry. DONT TRUST IT. Its weak. The only record that I had that really needed this was the one I was playing when I was spurred to buy this cleaner. A very dirty but rare double album from a garage sale that was clogging the stylus every side. Unfortunately It got a decent clean before delivery so I'd be curious to see how the cleaner works from a standing start. Either way, see pics and make up your own mind.

It's a good cleaner

I will admit to being a bit sceptical about whether this would make a difference but I have to say it definitely does. I'd purchased a couple of secondhand records and was disappointed by the amount of crackling so thought I'd give this a try. There's a real improvement and it's transformed them, while not 100% perfect, to being a LOT better than before

Es ist wirklich einfach zu handhaben. Das Produkt ist wirklich gut, die Mikrofasertücher sind hochwertig. Einzig der Trockenständer ist sehr gakelig. Ich habe ihn jetzt als Coverständer missbraucht, wenn ich Platten höre. :-) Durch einen Wasserschaden sind bei mir viele Platten im Keller leider verdreckt gewesen. Nach dem ersten groben Reinigen habe ich sie einer Prozedur mit diesem Produkt unterzogen. Was soll ich sagen ? Fast wie neu ! Natürlich bekomme ich hier keine Kratzer weg und das Knacken von alten Platten auch nicht. Aber Dreck, Fingerabdrücke und Staub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Otros limpiadores que he usado alguna vez no me gustaron porque me dejaban restos en los surcos, por lo que decidí tirar del frasco de alcohol hasta hoy. He querido probar este por las buenas opiniones y la verdad es que deja la superficie muy limpia y en un momento quita todo lo que haya incrustado en los surcos. En un momento limpia correctamente y le quita estática al disco. Funciona muy bien. Aún no tengo opinión sobre el limpiador de agujas, lo he probado una sola vez y aparentemente ha hecho su función. Probaré más adelante con una lupa para comprobarlo.

le kit est suffisant pour avoir des vinyles propres sans les rayés , les deux chiffons sont suffisamments grand pour reposer n'importe quel disque , ils sont suffisamment bien conçu pour ne pas rayé si l'on si prend délicatement , et qui combiné avec le produit a l'effet antistatique nécessaire , le support de séchage de disque est un peu léger , mais jusque la je n'est pas eu de problème avec , le produit fonctionne bien , ne pas abusé sur la quantitée , il m'as rendus possible la lecture de certaines pistes que je croyait rayée et qui en fait était très encrassée , et il rénove grandement l'apparence du disque , avec le produit de nettoyage du stylus je n'est rencontré aucun problème , mais c'est difficile de jugé son éfficacité en un temp limité ,il doit probablement ètre d'une qualitée équivalente au reste du kit , a noté que le kit éxiste avec une résèrve de produit 150ml et 250ml celon le prix que l'on veut mettre , pour conclure , je recommande , le kit permet d'obtenir le résultat que j'attendais , parfois meme mieux

Het is echt geweldig spul, ik heb in de jaren heel wat platen schoonmaak spul gekocht maar dit keer was het geen teleurstelling, een aanrader dus.
