If you are in need of portable, instant pain relief, then this is the product for you. I purchased these in anticipation of international travel, as I did not have room in my suitcase for a traditional heat pack. The set comes with 10 click-activated warmers--that are super easy to use. It's amazing how quickly upon activating (ie-simply press on the small piece of metal inside the gel pack), the chemical reaction occurs. Once activated, the pack begins heating, and it's ready to use. I like that it is small, and can mold to areas in need of relief. Once finished, it is easy to "re-set" by placing in boiling water (directions included). If you are wondering how this worked when traveling, in all of my hotels, there were hot water dispensers/teapots, so was easy to accomplish-by placing inside a cup with the boiling water). You can also place the gel pack in the refrigerator and use as a cool/ice pack. This is a great set for those in need of reusable heat/cool packs.

These are so great if you need 20 minutes of a hot pack and they’re pretty easy to boil in water and get back to original state so they can be reused. Just keep in mind these do not last an hour or two hours like some other heat packs but they are so convenient and I love that they’re reusable. I recently had a sore eye and this was perfect for a 15 or 20 minute hot compress and the size makes it really easy to boil back to clear. Highly recommend you wrap them in a cloth and boil them a little bit longer than recommended so you’re really sure that the liquid is back to normal. I took a picture of the small ones so you can get a sense of the size.

Worked great at a chilly formal game. They lasted quite a while. Not sure of exact time. They were boiled and reused easily. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

These work like a charm, usually. I use them as an alternative to hot stones while massaging. I ordered two sets and they came in different colors - blue and purple. The blue ones crystalize strongly and do high heat and sustain it for a while. The purple ones however are inconsistent - they just solidify a little bit and do not produce as much heat. Still an awesome bang for your buck if this is what you purchase them for, but I wish I would have been able to specify exactly which ones I got.

I love these. I am a mail carrier and loading metal boxes in the bitter cold hurts my hands. I keep several in my car to rewarm my hands. If they are in a warm place they get quite hot. I boil them at night to have them fresh for work the next day. I often gift them to friends.

We use similar hand warmers when changing my husband’s colostomy bag (it helps secure the wafer). We needed some more and our original brand was not available. I thought these round ones would be perfect. They are the perfect shape and size, but their performance leaves a lot to be desired. The first one used, leaked blue goo all over my husband’s skin and bag. We have now run into several that will not heat up. I will not buy this item again. I will say that the ones that have worked are great, but if half of the product is defective - no thank you!

I LOVE these snap heatpacks! Held HOT heat for 1/2 hour, then decreasing heat. They are bigger than expected (I have small hands, see photos) what I really like is they seem overfilled with gel, so it stays soft and pliable much longer. This was a good deal in my opinion, $2 per pack. I forgot to time how long it took to resoften these, but i'm going to guess I left them in there about ten minutes. I've only used four of them, no problems so far. Sometimes it takes more than one click to get going, but that's normal. I will update this review if any of them fail, and about how long they last.

Our Lot Fancy hot packs came in a couple of blue/purple colors, obviously different batches from the factory. And they were moldy inside. Inside the sealed hot packs, black mold patches. Some colors did not appear to be moldy on arrival but they all smelled terribly of plastic, so we let them all sit around and air out. The rest of the packs also molded inside and the moldy ones became moldier. We tried to get a refund but we were told we bought them from a third party. I don’t really think so. We are quite pleased with the green rectangular Hot Snapz we bought at the same time. Just rub the disc. It’s hard to snap them. A year later they work well.
