They are freaking expensive, but they are freaking worth it!
They are freaking expensive, but they are freaking worth it! The best pine nuts I’ve ever had! Please don’t stop shipping them! Siberian pine nuts have more of each mineral in them than American nuts, due to difference in soil. And I can totally taste the difference in flavor; these nuts are very flavorful. I bought pine nuts harvested here in America and was very disappointed in flavor. These Siberian nuts are so much better tasting! This will be my 8th or so package that I’m ordering and every time the nuts came very well wrapped and even included separate zip-luck bag for customers’ convenience. They were always fresh and lasted me a long time. Came within timely manner and as advertised. Thank you sooooo much for a wonderful product!

High-quality Pine Nuts. Highly recommended
I have been purchasing these Siberian pine nuts for quite some time, and the quality has remained consistently excellent. The taste is always fresh, rich, and naturally sweet — exactly what high-quality pine nuts should be. What I especially appreciate is that over all this time, the product has never disappointed me. The flavor, texture, and overall quality remain invariably the best with every order. It’s rare to find such consistency these days. Highly recommended!

Best taste and texture I’ve found
These pine nuts are very expensive BUT, if you go to YouTube and see exactly how these are gathered and the process it takes to get these seeds out of the cones, not to mention the low yield of some cones, it kind of explains why these seeds are so expensive. If you want cheaper ones, get Chinese. When you get them, you’ll see why they’re cheaper. Most I’ve tried are stale, bitter, or rancid tasting. I’ve heard the Chinese sellers actually take the oil out of the seeds before they sell the nuts. These Siberian Green Food seeds are by far the best quality and tasteful seeds on Amazon. Just my opinion. They’re vacuumed packed with an expiration date of about a year from when you get them, at least mine were. I’ve bought these many times and the taste and quality are consistent. I’ve got many packs in my freezer, and keep a glass jar full in my refrigerator to snack on. (a handful a day) If you can afford these, their taste and texture are worth the extra price as compared to the Chinese seeds, or the ones that don’t even say where they’re from.

Pine nuts not tangy
The pine nuts arrived nicely vacuum packed with a recent picking date which gives them almost a full year's shelf life, long before that they will be gone. Just to be on the safe side I put them in a plastic container in the freezer. I plan to use them in pesto and other recipes. I'm not frequent pine nut user, this is the first time I bought them online. The variety I used to buy locally, as I remember, seemed to have a bit of a tang which these Siberian pine nuts lack. They taste a lot like wanuts, no wonder many pesto recipes have wanuts as an alternative to pine nuts. If anyone has experience with tangy pine nuts I would love to hear from them.

Fresh delicious top quality very pleased!
We have made 24 pints of pesto so far this summer from 50 basil plants. Because of the volume of pine nuts we would need, I shopped carefully. Fresh, organic, vacuum sealed important to us. These arrived the next day and were exactly what we wanted. I toasted them lightly inna non-stick pan over low gas heat. They are buttery in taste and crispy. The pesto is like summer in a jar—so aromatic and full flavored. Using quality Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and pine nuts makes a difference. I’m very pleased with this product and will purchase again.

Great pine nuts!
These pine nuts are the best in my opinion. They maybe not as large, but then again, they are from wild trees, not from farms. The flavor is perfect, they are great in salads and eating fresh. And because they are from Siberia, I think they are ecologically clean.

Very high quality, great taste, no 'metal mouth'
Purchased these primarily for making pesto to be frozen. Will also use them in other cooking. These also taste great right straight from the package! Was wary of cheaper pine nuts (primarily from China) that have often been linked to 'metal mouth' and distorted taste for a period of time. None of that from these. The individual nuts/seeds are smaller and of very high quality. Yes, you'll pay a little more for these and they are bit tougher to find, but well worth it in my opinion. (Have ordered twice already!)

They are Russian
These pine nuts were great, and I used to buy them. Someday I hope to buy them again. I refuse to support Putin now — some import company is playing games to get around the bans.
