I use these every day, and probably always will.My hair was starting to thin out, post-pregnancy. Two of these a day make my hair much thinker and fuller. I swear I can see the difference (i.e. thinner, stringier hair) if I forget to take the vitamins for a few days. I will admit that it seems unlikely scientifically -- the rational side of my brain says that is probably not possible...but multiple iterations of this sure make it seem like it may be more than a placebo effect. At the very least, I would suggest it is worth a try, if you feel like your hair is thinner than it used to be.Be forewarned: these smell, as seemingly all B-family vitamins do. And, as with all B-family vitamins, I feel woozy if I take them without food. But at least these are smaller in size than most vitamins. And if I swallow them quickly and then quickly take a bit to eat, I don't notice anymore.I will add that I am wary of supplements in general (just because they are "natural" doesn't mean they are good for you). But at the lower dose that I take, they seem worthwhile to me.

I am not sure what happened to my nails but after the last hair, skin and nails stuff I tried (gummies) - my nails got so brittle, all of them broke and they were split near the fingernail bed and even hurt pretty much anytime I touched something that was too close to my nailbeds. I tried this brand based on the fact that the same thing happened to my mom and this brand got her nails strong and growing again fairly quickly.My nails are still building up their strength but they are growing and no more peeling and splitting and best of all no more pain! I have not noticed much difference with my hair and skin, but I bought this primarily to get my nails back to where they once were.

Can't give much of s review for these yet, butiI have been taking them for a couple weeks and my hair seems to have grown a little bit already. I'm not sure if that may also be due to the fact that I'm using pure virgin coconut oil as a leave-in massage treatment in addition to using argan oil shampoo and conditioner, but I would imagine the supplements do more as hair growth is more internal. My skin seems to be the same and my nails seem to grow just a tiiiiny bit faster, but I'm a nailbiter and purchased this mainly for hair growth after a bad/uneven haircut. I have absolutely no complaints, though.Will update my review when I get halfway through the bottle or finish it.

Doesn't work as well as some other hair, skin & mails products, but it does make a difference--when you have naturally curly hair, it can break off before it gets as long as you'd like, and this helps with that. It also helps grow and strengthen nails, which is especially hard if you have arthritis or some skin conditions. It does take a few weeks before you'll notice a difference.

I have used thee for years because I have brittle, splitting nails. I kind of questioned whether they really worked, but when my husband went into the hospital for an infection, I was without them for over two months. I noticed that there was a difference after the first month--my nails had a ridge with uneven nails behind next to the cuticle. I immediately started taking these again, and now the nail coming form the cuticle is noticeably smoother. Now I just have to wait for the brittle nail to finish growing out and the healthier nail to hit the end.

I have only been taking these for a month and I'm already sold. While I don't think a month is enough time to see a lot of difference in my hair and nails, I immediately noticed that my skin and scalp were much less oily. My t-zone is noticeably less shiny and I can easily go 2 days without washing my hair (something that is normally unheard of for me)--all while taking 2 pills/day rather than 3.I hope to eventually see a change in the condition of my hair and nails but even if I don't I would still give this product 5 stars for the effect it's had on my skin alone.

I like the product. Everything i get from Spring Valley performs as advertised or better.
