Does the bottle comes with a cap to cover the pump when not in use?

Nope ! But it doesn’t leak - mine is in my gym bag …

can you apply it on the eyelids, since other creams when I apply them on eyelids are causing swelling and itchiness

Yes, I had eczema on both eyelids and this really helped to calm and moisturise the area. Wash your hands really well and put a small amount on your ring fingers. Then gently dab all around your eye contour (eye socket) initially right the way around, then gently pat over the actual eye lid. Use a small amount at first until you're sure there's no reaction. I found it to be a good light moisturiser and I've very sensitive skin.
