Hi thanks for emailing me about the product - I was going to email you as we are having problems with the devices - every dvd we put in is coming out with lines about an inch away from the central hole - which means that they do not play properly again in any machine?! This happens after only one or two times of being in either player.Hoping you can help as it is ruining the usage as the children don't want to put their dvd's in them.Many thanksOlivia Barker

Good quality, had a problem with the in car power unit, not suited for the job. Replacement can only power one unit

Very happy with this product, quick delivery, accurate description, and very happy with supplier as this was a heavily discounted product as it was ex display - and I was expecting a slightly scruffy product, and it came looking almost brand new. Kids over the moon for long journeys made easy.

Sadly i've been really disappointed with this product. although the quality of the screens and sound is good, the quality if the mounts/ brackets to the car headrest is really below the standard i was expecting. They feel like cheap plastic and make the most annoying rattling noise when im driving and because its attached to the head rest it rattles and vibrates whenever you drive over any bump on the road this is incredibly frustrating.
