It is very effective for everyday use but since it doesn't have aluminum to block your pores, you may find it is not as effective as some others on the market. On the bright side it is really natural and very effective. The quantity usually lasts for more than a month, maybe even two months with one use per day. However now that summer is fast approaching and the temperature is going up I'm finding that it does not provide adequate protection against odour.
