I bought this scale bc of the reviews on how accurate it is. I must have gotten a lemon bc mine is 9 lbs off. I freaked out when it said both my husband and I were nearly 10 lbs heavier, but then I tested it with a 5lb dumbbell and sure enough, it registered as 14lbs. Diappointing
