Quick and easy to fix
Fantastic. This item arrived the very next day (3 days ahead of Amazon’s estimate) and was Quick and easy to fit. We’ve had our lazyboys for 5 years so they’re now out of warranty, but it took the lazyboy engineers 3 weeks to fix a replacement cable on our other sofa, when this has done the same job in about 24 hours after ordering. I’m very impressed.

I followed the advice on getting the correct size and when it arrived it was just a case of fitting which took 10 minutes. It arrived 24 hours after ordering. The original cable on my CSL recliner chair broke after a year they wanted£47 to fit a cable which they told me was another £30 plus Vat total cost £92·40. It was a technician from CSL who told me about this site and that they use the same product as a replacement.

What can I say order this item yesterday got it this morning, very fast delivery and well package. So easy to replace as well but need to do as they measure before. I measure a cable that was working as said in as and cable can out a perfect size. I know where to go if I have another one go.

Third one I've purchased over the years all have broken on the handle side nipple. Not saying its a bad product maybe a badly design chair. I still buy them so what does that say. Easy to fit well easy kind of . It's fiddly.

Brilliant product, arrived on time. Needed this replacement for one side of my three seater, had a bit of trouble replacing it so had a look at the working one and noticed it was about to snap aswell. Better order another and a spare then,,,,,,

Arrived the day after ordering. Easily fitted and a lot cheaper than getting the Furniture Store to replace it. Reminder that the crucial length is from the clip to the end of the dogleg with the cable removed from the handle. Thanks again. Saved me a fortune.
