Terrible
It appears to be the worst model I had. I am comparing here with g6 that I had before that.1. Processor - even with minimal load it heats over 60-70. You start some youtube video and you can cook eggs on keyboard.2. Screen - suppose to be the same level of brightnese as was in g6, but in reality it is deamer.3. Sound - even on maximum volume you can barely heare anything, so dynamics are mostly useless.Really dissapointed in HP. Next time will look for some other brand.

Beware of Misleading Product Description - Unsealed Refurbished Laptop
My recent laptop purchase was a complete letdown. The laptop arrived unsealed and turned out to be a refurbished unit, despite being advertised as new. It lacked the back lit keyboard feature mentioned in the description, severely impacting its usability. Moreover, the actual display resolution was lower than what was promised, resulting in a disappointing visual experience. I strongly caution potential buyers to research thoroughly and consider alternatives to avoid similar disappointments. Overall, my experience with this laptop was highly unsatisfactory.

Advertised image not matching with product
1. Overall performance of the product is very good but there is a catch Images are not matching with what it is being advertised.2. Seller is very irresponsive, in fact no response at all. So ZERO STARS for that.3. Keyboard back-lit not working even it was advertised.

Poor battery life
I'm really disappointed in the battery life of this laptop. It goes from 100% to 58% in about 30 mins. I've adjusted the screen brightness and done the other little things I can do to try to preserve battery life but it runs down too quickly.Also the fingerprint reader doesn't work. I think the facility is there for it but it doesn't include the actual finger print hardware. No where does it say that the fingerprint hardware isn't included with this model so that's another disappointment.
