I'm a repeat user of Enterosgel gel . I have quite a few stomach problems, and I'm also lactose intolerant. This gel is the best. I've tried so many products, its no fun when you have a terrible upset stomach. This isn't the cheapest, but for me it works . Save yourself time and money. Just buy Enterosgel ,it's works first time. It tastes bland and the texture of wallpaper paste 🤣. Its easy to use , I now just put some on a spoon then drink water after it .

This gel is a game changer. I got a dose of gastroenteritis and for a week I was crapping water with severe stomach cramps 24 hours a day. I lost over a stone in weight. I read the reviews on this gel and thought it’s either this or a visit to the doctors. Within 24 hours of the first dosage I was back to my normal toilet visit. I thought it was expensive but after such a miraculous change in my motion I know it was well worth the money.

I must admit that Enterosgel has been a godsend when it comes to managing the symptoms of IBS-D. It seems to be one of the very few products that actually makes a noticeable difference for me. The results aren't immediate, but after a couple of days, I begin to feel considerably better. My main complaint is the price. It is quite expensive, especially considering how quickly you can get through a tube. I'm not even sure that one tube would last me a full week, which makes it an expensive option if you need to use it regularly. Overall, I'm very pleased with how well it seems to work for me, but the cost is a significant drawback. If it were more affordable, it would be much easier to recommend without reservation.

I purchased these sachets before I purchased a tube as I wasn’t sure if I would find it any good. Well I used the sachets within 3 days so just purchased a large tube. The product is exactly the same, only thing is the tube has to be used within 30 days of opening so bear that in mind. I have suffered with IBS for years but started having really bad flare ups worse than ever in the last 2 years. Doctors gave me omeprazole, mebeverine and fybogel but it didn’t do anything for my pain. I was taking 6 buscopan a day during a flare up just so I could eat. After a little sit down with Dr Google I suspected I may have SIBO. Long story short I found this product, have been taking 3 times a day (first thing, lunch time and before bed) and have had ZERO pain. I am planning on doing the full recommended 21 day course and will use as and when needed then. But my pain stopped after only 1 day using it so you may only need to use it occasionally depending on your stomach issues. Yes it is a bit expensive but it’s worth it for me to get my life back and stop worrying about food. Best product I’ve found so far.

I had high hopes but If this improved things then it was by an infinitely small amount. It wasn’t the nicest thing to take but it was passable. I wouldn’t buy it again at the moment but maybe in future I would give it another chance.

This works really well As I had a problem with the doctor s to get a prescription for IBS & I had 2 weeks of pain So soon I received this - it worked & no more pain

Did absolutely nothing for me! No help to my diarrhoea at all and doesn't even taste pleasant. Pepto was my game changer - resolved my problems so that's my go to now (also far cheaper). This is in the bin.

My husband use this every time he had something with lactose and it helps him amazingly! No stomach cramps, he feels better in an hour after taking it. I use it as a first aid for stomach bug, food poisoning, it’s safe for kids to use just read the dosage. It’s very popular product in Eastern Europe and I’m surprised that we don’t have it in every pharmacy here in the US. Great product and better than activated charcoal!

Thing is working. Stomach issues: hangover, upset stomach, diarrhea and so on. It works. The actual texture might be not the best one, but you manage.
