several "not a big deal" issues
I'll start by saying the extra pieces fall out, the chin curtain, the cover in the back over the battery, and the USB port cover, all fell out in the first few days, I have not figured out how to put them back on. Its not really a big deal except the chin piece fills the void where the face shield comes down so I get a fairly loud whistle when I ride with the shield downThe sides are a little awkward in that my ears get bent when I put it on. Again, it isn't a big deal, In fact, my bent ears dull the whistle sound so it does seem to have a purpose.Today when I put it on I felt something poke me in the ear. It was the speaker wire, it had disconnected somehow and the speaker was dislodged. I figured, again, no big deal. put it back in place, plugged it in again, and away I went. Maybe I plugged it in wrong I don't know, but I got no sound from the speaker. Looking at it when I got home, it was disconnected and dislodged again. I'll plug it in again and try again tomorrow.Another no big deal is that the bluetooth cuts in and out at random times for no apparent reason. Phone wasn't moved, it was in my backpack while I was riding. I'd say 2-3 times per ride it would seem to break the connection but it didn't, it just made the slur noise then came back. Once it did disconnect. No big deal, I wasn't on a call.I am giving the helmet 4 stars but t probably is more of a 3.5 due to all the little annoyances and due to the price. I spent about $40 more because of the bluetooth. It doesn't have MIPS, which I prefer because I ride an electric scooter in the city. It is a little pricey and would be well worth it if the speaker will come back to life and if the bluetooth connection was a little stronger.
