The installation was not too hard, but you need to watch a YouTube video to make sure you understand the process. It is a good value for the money. It is not electric, which I didn’t want to mess with. It’s cold water but I don’t mind at all, it works just as it’s supposed to. I’ve never had a bidet and was always amused by someone having it, until my sister got one and I tried it. I’m not laughing now, it’s great. Keeps me fresh, and I especially appreciate it when I have a bowel movement. There were times I needed lots of toilet paper and still didn’t feel clean. Now I use less toilet paper, and I’m clean.

It was very easy to install and works very well! Better than my Luxe which was double the price of this one. I got it for my elderly mom's apartment so she (and I) can use it while she recovers from a surgery she had on her dominant arm. I will be buying another one for the guest bathroom so I don't have to keep using her bathroom every time. Lol.

I bought this bidet bc it could go on left or right. I wanted it on the left. This also allows for me to lift the sprayers to clean behind it when cleaning the bowl. Pressure is adjustable and assembly was super easy! 4 stars is bc I have to use the front setting for my rear…maybe I should go back and check the booklet to see if the nozzle sprayers are adjustable or not. Might be me not the product 🤷🏼‍♀️

My toilet has very little space on the right (small apt), so I needed a solution where I could have the bidet controls on the left side. This one actually lets you switch the sides, which is great if I ever get around to re-doing the bathroom.The bidet works great. Due to the high water pressure in my place I don’t need to turn it on very far at all. Getting to the right spots can be a bit challenging (especially for women - moving around helps).I’ve been using this bidet for a few months now and have no issues. A very minor bit pick: the color is whiter than my toilet.

So this is really nice. I installed it to be used with your left hand, due to the way my bathroom is set up. The front wash doesn’t really go up to the front unless you lean forward. But I actually prefer the front wash for the backside. So that’s the one I use 100% of the time.Installation was easy.The only downside was that this raised my toilet seat up so the supports under the seat were no longer resting on the porcelain bowl. So I had to cut foam and attach to the actually toilet seat to accommodate for the almost 1” gap. I was so afraid that the toilet seat would just eventually snap from the pressure of being unsupported underneath. It was an easy-enough fix, but one I was not prepared for. I have an oval shaped, slow close toilet seat for reference. Not sure if everyone had the same experience as me.

I didn't pay attention to the pictures. Controls are a bit close to the seat, so they're almost under you unless you're extremely thin. Also should have bought one with self cleaning mode.. it'll do til my right shoulder heals from shoulder replacement surgery, then I'll reinstall my old one on the right side

Our toilet can't accomodate controls on the right side because it's too close to the wall. This was the only 'lefty' I could find, so I bought it with fingers crossed. No need to worry; it works as advertised.

I have never use a bidet in my life, but I am having shoulder surgery and will not be able to use my dominant right arm and hand to wipe for six months. The cool thing about this bidet is that after I recover, I can switch it to right hand operation. All the others I saw online were either fixed left or fixed right. Thank you guys for making the choice to buy yours easy :-)
