On clear, glow is greenish. Pile it up for brighter glow. Can be flat or textural. Does not wash off. Works for outdoor paint or fabric paint. Thin is clear. Thicker is more opaque and whitish. Gloss finish. Sexond time buying.

Beware of the size!
I was satisfied with everything in the product but the size.It is kind of small to be paying $3 for.However everything else is fine, it was probably me not checking the description for the size (sorry I'm new here) and if that's the case I apologize.

does not 'glow' as well as I had hoped
Works, but dries a bit too stiff to be comfortable, and does not 'glow' as well as I had hoped.

Bright & Fun
This has to be one of my favorite things I buy at Amazon! I works great. It's not a glue, it's paint...It doesn't keep a charge as long as I would like it to, but is very bright when it is charged.

Ehh.
I didn't know when I ordered this that it had to be charged by a uv lamp. I have one but that makes it pretty inconvenient since it has to be plugged in (the charge lasts about a minute) and I'd rather not carry it around.

Not bright
Dull glow. Doesn't last long. Not nearly as bright as glow in the dark stickers.

Great GITD fabric paint
Great paint, easy to apply. The white is pretty much transparent when applied in thin coats. It dries flexible and it glows well. We painted a skeleton costume with this paint and it looked just the same in light, but made it really fun in the dark. It dried in about 4 hours.
