Thus made my old pink car look quite red again.Gave it 4 stars because I had to wax it after using it, and thought this product waxed aswell.But otherwise very pleased with it

The original and still the best.I have used this product for years and will continue to do so. Like anyone over often been lured by the marketing for the next 'breakthrough' product, but none have ever measured up to this. A very small investment in money and time/effort can have your car looking how you remember it did when you brought it.Apply using small circular motions and work it like your polishing silver. Allow it to dry to a powdery haze then just buff it off with a cloth.I always love when it first rains after using this, you can see by the way the water beads that your car now has a protective layer over it!Try it, you won't look back.

I had scratched the whole side of my car in several places because of a hedgerow and sticky out branches and idiots who won't slow down on narrow country roads. The scratches ran the length of my car on the passenger side and were showing up as white streaks.I used just one coat of this product and unless you look really carefully, or you knew there was a scratch, you can't see anything. I did rub the wax in fairly well and kept going until all the moisture had gone and the wax was dry, I then buffed with an old towel until clean and the finish is excellent on my 56 Picasso.There are a couple of deeper scratches/scuffs on the front wing, caused by an old lady in supermarket car park, and these were a bit more of a challenge. After 3 coats of wax with a buff in between coats the scratches were still visible although the overall effect was lessened considerably.Summing up then, for light scratches, scuffs and scrapes it works fine but for deeper scratches that you can feel with a fingernail then it isn't AS effective but still makes some difference.

There was only one thing that I disliked about using the product, it was the necessity to wear latex gloves while applying it, otherwise I'd have had bright red hands for a couple of hour, lol. That aside, I can honestly say that the product was easy to use and as long as you follow the instructions easy to polish off too.It covered and hid several small stone chips. It also minimised some swirl marks that I had on the paint. Overall I found it very easy to use, I applied it with a mutton cloth and buffed it up to a shine with micro fibre cloths.I tend to keep my car as clean as possible so there was no special requirements in preparation to using the Colour Magic treatment although I would say that a second coating helped to give it a beautiful shine and further disguise any stone chips.I guess that if your car was not as clean as mine you might have to clay bar it first to get the desired effect.I bought two bottles, mainly because I'm a little OCD when it comes to my cars and I knew I'd use it repeatedly, to get the best finish that I could.I'd certainly recommend this product to anyone, I'm very pleased with the results I've achieved.

Not so good. A bit disappointing to be honest. Left a film on the car which was impossible to photograph so pointless me posting it but the "film" looked orangey where my cars paint work is red. I've use this product before many years ago and worked great but not so this time. It even smells different so seems to be a new formula. Definately not at as good as it used to be which is a shame.

Great product. Will stain any cloth you use deep red.Brings up a lovely finish on your red car and easy to wax on & off and really pops.Do not expect this to hide scratches or marks on your paintwork . This is not the product for that at all.
