12/01/23 UPDATE: I loved the black so much I went back for the GREEN as well, again in a LARGE, but this time I got it way cheaper for Black Friday. Now I can't decide which color I like more, so I may keep both! I got this dress in the color BLACK in a size LARGE. For sizing reference, I'm usually a medium or large on top and am currently either a 36E/36F. In bottoms, I'm usually a medium-large or a 8-12/29-31 in pants/jeans, and if it helps, I wear a size 6 or 8 in Lulu leggings. I'm 5'3" tall with a short torso, and my measurements are about 44"-33"-44" (bust-waist-hip) right now, give or take. I've been on the hunt for a dress to wear to an upcoming work holiday party and this is the third one I've tried. I finally learned my lesson and stopped sizing up, and I'm so glad because this fits me absolutely perfectly and is TTS. This is a true wrap style dress, and on the first part of it, there are two buttons on the inside to pick from depending on how tight you want it. It'll only afford you about an extra inch on the waist, but I love that they did that. I have mine on the tightest one and again, perfection. I'm on the shorter side and the length was just right for heels - I have a little bit of extra material dragging (I took a pic standing normally so you can see about how much). The string to tie the outer portion of the wrap is nice and long, and I was actually able to wrap it all the way around to tie in the front if I wanted, so I'd say the sizing is super forgiving. Lots of cleavage, but I expect that in a wrap dress, and it makes them look really good. I'm not one to find a lot of clothes that I absolutely love on my body, but I feel really cute in this. The material on this is a really short velvet, so while it does have that weird texture per usual, it isn't bad at all. The inside is comfy. My husband isn't a fan of velvet but he didn't mind this. I love that is has a bit of a sheen to it, so it looks a little nicer than just a plain black material would. The weight is enough to feel a tad warmer without being too hot. I like in Texas in an area where it's warmer and humid all the way into January, so I wanted something that would sit somewhere in the middle. I tried mine on with a cute metal belt I had, just to emphasize the waist a bit, but I think I like it best without it... I haven't quite decided. Overall, this is a gorgeous dress that is really comfy but still flattering and nice enough to wear to a wedding, a party, or even something more casual. I'm definitely keeping this one and maybe even snagging other colors.

After some chronic illness, I tried on a hundred dresses and this is the one that was the most forgiving!!! I’ve never been a size 10/12 before so it’s been interesting trying to dress my new body. I got a Large. I’m a 38G in strapless bra and it fit perfectly with shape wear. Material is soft and looks fancy. Flows nice to create waist. Is deep cut so I’ll be wearing dress tape to hold in place. Quality is fantastic.

This rating is based on my 1st order: I ordered the burgundy. The color and heavier velvet material that made it feel more luxurious than expected, but it wore very comfortably. I got lots of compliments. Although it's short-sleeved, it's not something I'd recommend for a hot summer event. 70 degrees would be okay if you're not going to be moving all over the place but 80 degrees...better stay your butt inside. I'm 5'2" and it was way too long but I just wore it with my highest heels and it was barely lifted from the sweeping the ground. (The length would be better for someone at least 5'6".) I usually wear an XXL, mainly for my larger mid section, but I got this in an XL and it draped nicely for a flowy fit. (I could do a large for a more form-fitting look.) The tie is placed a bit too low for my height and the inside button to hide your cleavage is a bit high, but still a great dress. >>> 2nd order: I ordered another color to take advantage of a sale but it arrived with pet hair all over it. I was unable to try it on because I'm allergic. If you're going to resell a previously returned item, at least make sure it's in new condition! I had to return it.

Lovely dress, In love. Fits amazing very comfortable and love the material. You can adjust the waist to your liking. The fabric is perfect not to thick or to thin. It does had a very small stretch to it.

I don't have a picture, I'll post one if I can come back and do it at a later date, but this dress is sooooo nice! I'm 5'3 and 180 lbs (mostly have a belly, but filled out and a little thick all over LOL) and 40/42 D/DD bra size. This dress looks so flattering and hugs all the right places. I'm going to wear some kind of tummy shape wear under it, just to suck me in a bit, but I feel like even if I didn't it would still look nice. I got a size large and it's perfect. Was scared to because usually I'll get an XL because of my boobs, but the large fits perfect. The dress hits right at the floor on me and will be perfect with my heels. If you're on the fence about this dress, just get it!

5'4 - 150 - ordered both S & M - keeping the small. Honestly both fit great, M just felt it had a bit more material & wasn't as much of a slit in dress. Beautiful dress & material, perfect length on me. .

I ordered this dress back in October and just wore it to a wedding I was in this past Saturday, 11/9/2024. I ordered this dress in black, and while it is a beautiful, flattering dress at a great price point, it dyed my skin BLUE. I’m not sure how this happened as I didn’t sweat (it was chilly outside). But my entire rib cage, back, and my thighs had blue patches from the dress. I scrubbed and scrubbed to get it off as soon as I noticed it, but it took 2 showers to get it to completely come off and as a result, some of my bed linens are stained as I thought I’d gotten all of the dye off. I have reported an issue to the seller— just waiting to hear back because I feel like I should be refunded and others should be aware so that way this doesn’t happen to them. It’s disappointing as this is a pretty dress, and I hoped to rewear it at some point, but I won’t be able to. I’ll update my review if/when the seller replies. ***11/15/2024 update: seller was prompt in reaching back out to me and refunded me for the cost of the dress. I really appreciate that! I have updated my review to 3 stars as a result of their great customer service and timeliness in replying. I am still sad about the dress as I’d hoped to rewear it, but I am glad the seller was able to work with me. Thank you!!***

Lovely dress. It fits great, is faltering, and is not nearly as long as I thought it would be on me considering I am 5ft 3in. Some shorter heels and this is perfect. I personally bought some clothing tape for the bust area, but overall this is great dress for the cost! My only issue with the dresss, is that is smells very very strongly of perfumed detergent, which is super unpleasant, and has me wondering if it was worn, returned, washed, and resold.

The dress is lovely except it’s is dirty. It has both what looks like human and animal hair on it. It also looks dirty. If the wedding that I bought it yo w wear it to, wasn’t so soon, I would definitely send it back. Dress is great but it was shoved into the bag not folded. Very poor service. Takes away from the dress being nice.

The "but" first: I took the advice of other reviews and ordered down a size. Depending on where I shop, I'm either medium (rarely) or large. The medium is a fabulous fit. The bust area is roomy. I'm 5'7" and 160lbs, with 36C bust and I'm probably going to wear a pushup to make sure I fully fill out the top. Doesn't wrinkle, I got the black for reference. Would definitely buy in other colours!

Beautiful dress but I ordered the wrong size - I will reorder in a smaller size as it’s really well cut and quality.
