I love this product, it helps me fall asleep quickly.

This tea is amazing for sleep! Within an hour of drinking this I was out! Smells pretty off putting though and definitely not the greatest tasting tea out there (it’s not bad but not what I would call good), but I would buy this again just for the sleep aspect.

My mom loves this tea. Yeah I know weird way to start a review. But, it's true. She's 76 and loves this tea at night. It helps her fall asleep and the smell and flavor is very pleasant. So, that's the review. If you have a mom or wife or partner that is looking for a tea to help them de-stress and rest this might be a great option. Has a long steep time so just be aware. We add honey for a touch of sweetness.

I really enjoyed Valerian Dream. From the moment I opened the container, the aroma was delightful. The tea has a gentle licorice and mint flavor that’s soothing without being overpowering. Whether it was the tea or just the perfect timing, I definitely felt more relaxed after drinking it, making it a nice addition to my evening routine. I will be purchasing this product again. The only downside was the size—I expected a larger bag, but it arrived in a small tin. I’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the quantity listed on my next purchase.

I love this tea!! It doesn't make you drowsy, but when you fall asleep, you stay asleep. I add lemon and honey to my tea and brew for about 5 minutes.

It smells okay if you know how Valerian root smells then that’s where the not so good smell Comes from. Mine didn’t come in individual tea bags it’s loose leaf. The taste is 3 out of 5 . It did help me relax a bit

This tea is VERY good and does what says. For the first couple of weeks there was a feeling of sedation. Eventually it balanced out.

Valerian root plus chamomile is a smooth and calming tea to be taken 30 minutes before your sleep schedule. It has a great taste and gives you a calming effect which helps in sleep cycle. The quantity is good enough to last for a month and the pricing is justified. Tea bag is amusing to look at and is non habit forming. Go for it for a calming nights sleep.
