Doesn't dissolve properly. Stayed gritty even after leaving overnight. Probably okay if mixed into food

I really rate this more than the alternative more expensive option. Mixed into drinks very well. Only used cold drinks don't know how it blends into hot drinks as lady doesn't have them.
