I have been using this product for a few years ...
I have been using this product for a few years now, and so far no problems with the washing machine, not that I would know anyway as I can't see inside of the machine.

Recommended by my 'white goods' repair chap.
Recommended by my 'white goods' repair chap. Combine a 3-monthly dose of 1/cup of household bleach in an empty machine at 90 degrees wash, followed by a packet of Oust on 60 degree wash - NB separate washes! DO NOT MIX the bleach with Oust! Plus, with a monthly dose of 1/2cup of good old soda crystals on a 60 degree wash and you'll have a sparkling clean, mould free washing machine.

Poor packaging. Great product.
I would have given this 5 Stars but the condition of the boxes that arrived looked like they had been used as a punch bag. No protection apart from a grey polythene wrapper/envelope. I would not have picked these up in a shop although I doubt that they would have dared put them on display. However, the product it's self worked a treat. So, 5 Stars for the product and 1 Star for the service. I will buy them from elsewhere next time.

Good product
Oust is a good quality limescale remover. Never had any issues with it and seams to work really well.
