Hyland's Calms Forte, Support for sleeplessness & restlessness, 100ct

These work really well, but they need time to take effect. I don't get sleepy until about an hour after I've taken it. They work well, even when I get up to use the bathroom and then go back to bed. They have no taste and don't interact with anything I'm taking (I called the company to confirm). Non-habit-forming. I'm very sensitive to medication, and these work well for me with no grogginess in the morning. If you're having trouble falling asleep, I recommend this.

Started with a half of a tablet last night. Slept 6 hours, instead of my usual 3 hours. For some odd reason, my wobbly leg was working better when I got out of bed. Feeling just a teense slower when I first got up, and after a couple hours of being awake, feeling good. Going to stick with one half of a tablet for a while, and see if I need more, or not. Am liking this a lot.

I went on a cruise recently that did not allow any CBD or THC products which I like to use for sleeping. I ordered this and it did help me fall asleep quickly.

My roommate started using these, and then I tried them. I really like them for helping me to relax in the evenings. There's no effect I can mention, it doesn't make me feel loopy or drunk or anything. But I do sleep better after I've used them

Highly recommend this not only as a sleep aid but just to take the edge off if you're feeling a bit jittery. Very calming results within 25-30 minutes.

I actually tried this b/c I use Hylands Restful Legs PM. Only just tried the Calms Forte couple times & woke up with some after effect of heavy sleep. Hylands Restful Legs PM is very effective to go to sleep. Now instead of sleeping not long and needing the Restful Legs for foot discomfort, I just take the Restful Legs PM to start with & go right to sleep. It says you can take again after 4 hours. Anyway - that works for me better than the Calms.
