READ BEFORE YOU BUY - This might not be what you're looking for.
I'm no expert, but I have tried locally sourced jungle honey and acacia honey bought online. This honey was disappointing. Based on the batch I bought and finished, here's why:1. No NMR certificate is showcased. I couldn't find any certification on their website or on Amazon (as of today), only mentioned as part of the branding on the glass jar and in the description.2. THIS IS NOT KASHMIRI ACACIA HONEY. This is a different variant of acacia. The color is amber and the taste is EXTREMELY SWEET, unlike the acacia honeys I have tried from other brands, which have an authentic golden color and mild sweetness. Not what I was looking for.3. It bubbles up when heated, often a sign of water mixed in honey.4. Unlike other honeys, it immediately starts dissolving when it comes into contact with water. Pure honey should settle for a while.5. I know acacia honeys are supposed to have a thinner consistency, but this one flows like oil.Other things I noted:- The brand is active on Instagram, which is a good sign.- Great packaging and branding.- The price for 1kg of honey compared to other good brands is cheaper.Overall, this honey is not what I was looking for. If you want very sweet honey with a flowy consistency, this is for you, and it is better than store-bought cheap adulterated honeys.
