Good jug for less than £18
Great jug, very good buy for less than £18 much more expensive elsewhere, keeps drinks hot or cold, at under £18 its a bargain, you can't buy a Thermos mug for that kind of money,

Product arrived damaged
Requested a return as soon as I'd unpacked both broken jugs. I didn't receive any further correspondence and they were put in a cupboard as it was assumed a return label would be sent. I have just found them, unreturned. Very poor quality item and overpriced. Terrible service from supplier.
