Bought these for my moms signia hearing aids. Had bought her the medium at first and they kept slipping out and due to them sliding out and being put back in they were collecting too much ear wax and had to be continuously cleaned. I ordered her the large size and the problem of them sliding out was fixed now they stay on and work great.

Won't work on a Siemans or signia hearing aid
These things do not snap and stay on the wire speaker/amplifier for a Signia or Siemans hearing aid. I pressed the tip on and then put in my ear. Had to get my daughter to dig the stupid tip out of my ear because fell off as soon as I pushed it in the canal. Had my daughter try to secure and she said it was hopeless. Make sure you know what you are buying. Wasn't worth the hassle to return. Going to give to my audiologist next time I see him because he might be able to use.
