Good colourant do t like the conditioner too greasy

Easy to use - covers the grey, saves money at the hair dressers and has left my hair in good condition

Took a star off for the needless and annoying change of colour name and time spent contacting L’Oreal to ensure that this is the same shade as the previous “500 medium brown”. I thought others would find it useful to hear that for me this did indeed turn out the same shade as it always has despite the re-formulation and name change. I noticed nothing about the new formulation, perhaps the mixture is a little more runny. I will continue to use this product.

Very nice color; leaves my hair glossy and covers my gray hair really well.

This hair colour creme is the only one I will use as it doesn't contain ammonia which ruins your hair.

Colour came out a lot darker than expected, but faded to a nice brown after a few washes. Looked lovely for a few weeks but after the product completely washed out it left my natural hair an extremely brassy colour- completely not how it was before sadly

Great and fades well enough for me to go back ginger if I want... but lasts a long time before fading

The box was openwhen i opened the main package..Overall it was expensive & the postage too !
