Hand measurement 9.5 - 10.5 what?

It's NOT centimetres! My middle finger by itself is 8cms long; the measurement for the gloves is from the tip of that finger, across the palm to the wrist. The measurement on my hand is just over 8 INCHES!

Are they useable on a mobile phone touch screen?

Hi.. Mine do.. You just have to apply a tad more pressure the screen with the pad of your finger.

I wear small to medium gloves, will these be too big?

Normally for ladies extra small and small will be fine. For men will be medium or large size.
