Yes, my two Cannondale bikes have aluminum wheels and they work very well.

Q: Which size (55 or 70) is best for Cannondale Hybrid bike?

I used size 70 (they curve to fit the wheel on a Cannondale Quick 6 and and Cannondale Quick 4. Make sure you save the shims on the old pads, I had to use them to make the brakes fit. Pleased with the brake pads--no noise and very good stopping power. Good value. I think the larger size pad gives more stopping surface area. Much better than the original brake pads that came with the bike.

Q: Will this work for 24 inches 6061 Alloy wheels for Cannondale bike?

Just check the dimensions on your old pads and go from there. Am amazon sellers always give the si..size and dimensions.
