I have daily headaches and migraines; there's a big difference. Severe headaches aren’t as bad as full-blown migraines. I bought Excedrin Migraine Relief Caplets hoping it would help wake up my receptors and help some. It doesn't eliminate migraines but helps a lot, especially for persistent all-day headaches. I chose it mainly because of the positive reviews, which are so very helpful. Thanks to everyone for your reviews—I read them all. Overall, I recommend this for headache sufferers, but always consult your doctor first, especially since Excedrin contains aspirin, which may interact with other medications and could be serious.

Works, be careful of the caffeine
WORKS! I recently gave up coffee so im careful with caffeine, this had me a little jittery but going steady for the day. Pain killed in about 10 minutes, will be purchasing again.
