I think there are many off the shelf toothpastes that have the edge on this stuff. I didn't find this to be very effective at really giving the ole gnashers a good scrubbing. No abrasion there for removing those tricky coffee and nicotine stains that build up over time. Get yourself some Colgate and save a few quid.

SNSで友人がたまたま紹介してくださっていたので、こちらでさがして購入してみました。最初のころは、輸入品という形だったと覚えています。粉の練り歯磨きではなく、深緑色の透明感の高いジェルです。わたしには使いやすいです。友人も言っていましたが、アロエヴェラが使われていて、歯茎の収斂作用が高くてかつ自然派なので、かなり早くに歯茎がつるつるになりました。初回の購入以来、できるだけきらさないように気をはらって使っています。星が５つでないのは、ふたが完全に離れてしまうデザインのものに変わったせいで、片手でパッと開け閉めできなくなったから、という理由だけです。
