Popilush Long Sleeve Formal Wedding Guest Shapewear Maxi Dress

This dress is everything. Once you get used to pulling it on, it gets easier! The built in shapewear really snatches in my waist. The length is great too. The dress itself is very stretchy, very comfortable. My ONLY criticism would be the “swishing” sound between my thighs when I walk lol. I’m used to it because my thighs are large and that’s common for me, but be warned if you’re self conscious about hearing it lol. This dress is easy to dress up or down. I’m very happy with this purchase!!

Im 5’5, i weight 230lbs and i got the size XL in black🧍🏽‍♀️ If you have a curvy body do yourself a favor and buy this dress asap! 🫵🏽WHEN I TELL YOU this dress hugs your body in all the right places.. the booty was booting, waste was snatched, back fat smoothed out(still can see it but not as bad)💁🏽‍♀️LORD have mercy bc ma’am you will make ppl break their necks to tale a double look at you! 😌💅🏽 And may i just add it is so comfy and you have room to eat and not feel suffocated👏🏽👏🏽the shape wear snatches you so good but yet i swear i felt like i wasn’t wearing any shape wear or a dress, more like shorts and a shirt. 🙌🏽 I did rip it but that was on me.😶🫣I have long nails and i guess as i was pulling it up and ripped the shape wear🤔 It was easy to take off didnt struggle much there but it was a lil hard to put on but it is worth the sweat🤭😏 i didnt really care for the pee hole, i kinda wish it wasnt there😐 i still used undies under the dress and i was okay with pulling down dress all the way to use the restroom I wish it was cheaper so i could be able to buy more colors💳💥💳💥💳💥 but i think its worth the mula

Very comfy. I'm 5'5 and its long but I like the length. The built-in shapewear will smooth you out but won't make your tummy disappear you will need additional corest for that but I don't care that much for a little belly it looks more natural. With that said peeing in it was easy maybe more hygienic cause your butt doesn't touch the toilet seat but the pee hole opens up huge so no accidental peeing on your clothes. I got lots of compliments on the color. I wore the color green. To be honest I own the black too for some odd reason I think these dresses really make a statement as color that's nit black. But I'm black so maybe it's a me problem. Lol. I will buy this again in other colors so I switch it up and have fun. Test your bra first. I wore a full coverage bra by mistake and it kept shoeing through the square neck. I had to keep adjusting. Please test the perfect bra before you go out cause all the adjust in the world if you got big boobs like me... listen your bra will show. But I have better bras for this dress and now I know.

I normally wear a 2x/18 but for the popilush bodysuits I fit a 3x (except my chest was too big for them- I wear a 42H) So when purchasing the dress, I bought a 3x again hoping for the best with top coverage. It fits beautifully! And smooths me out better than some of my shapewear- keeping in mind shapewear only smooths out and holds in, there’s not a single brand shapewear that will ever flatten out big tummies. It is NOT, however, bathroom friendly for curvy girls. I can’t speak for everyone, but I was absolutely fighting for my life to get it on. Once on it’s very comfortable and I still love it but I can’t imagine taking it off to use the bathroom while out in public. I also took out the bra pads that were way too small and because age/gravity has gotten to me, I still wore my bra with it. It definitely has more top coverage than the bodysuits. I’m short, only 5’1”, and the dress touches the floor but doesn’t drag. The sleeves, however, are too long. I had to fold about 4” of sleeve under, otherwise my hand down to my palms was covered. I can’t wait to have a reason to wear it out!

this specific ordering experience was unfortunate. i ordered a small and received an untagged medium dress. had to reorder before returning due to event timing and the small was both unworn, tags attached and the correct sizing thankfully. not sure what went wrong with this shipment but have had great experience with popilush in the past.

This is a great dress, the fabric is soft and stretchy. The shape wear is actually really good. I am 5’7 and it hits right at the top of my ankle. I wear a 38 DDD and I am decently held up. Enough that I feel comfortable wearing it with no bra, but if you want more lift you could easily put a bra on under the shape wear. I feel it is true to size. I wear a size 16 pants and am very hourglass shaped, I got the XL and it fits perfectly. The shape wear takes some patience getting into but once I worked it up and got it in place it was extremely comfortable, smoothing and slimming. I would have someone help you if you have long nails to get it over hips.

After reading many reviews on Amazon and You Tube, I purchased this dress and I'm glad I did. The shaping element gave me a gorgeous shape, the material of the dress itself is nice and thick so nothing shows through. I'm 5'8 with long legs and arms and the sleeve length is perfect as well as the dress length just skims the floor without any footwear on which is exactly what I wanted. The hem of the dress has a very slight fish tail effect which adds to the "va va voom!" of the dress. I ordered size XL (18-20).

I agree when they say the shape wear make too much noise. It's actually loud enough for you to hear it when you walk and your thighs rub together. However, I got so many compliments in this dress. I wear a 34 D and the ladies were content and presented well in this dress. Glad I got it! Ps. Please lemme know if there's a brand that doesn't make as much noise
