I was initially impressed by the positive reviews and the budget-friendly price (₹6000), so I went ahead and bought this chair expecting it to be a great deal. It looked good on paper comfortable, affordable, well-rated. But the reality was a nightmare. Within just 2–3 days of using the chair, I experienced severe back pain for the first time in my life, along with neck and shoulder discomfort. It got so bad that I had to visit the hospital. The doctor clearly advised me to stop using this chair immediately. That’s how damaging it was to my health. This chair might seem cheap and accessible, but the real cost is the physical damage it can cause. No amount of savings is worth risking your health. I deeply regret this purchase. Please be cautious this product is not ergonomically safe and definitely not worth the positive hype. Avoid at all costs.

You can definitely buy this chair, its quality is very good but I faced some problems in it, let me tell you about it 1) The backrest is adjustable but whatever point you set it to, it automatically comes down when you sit down after some time 2) Amar Rest is not adjustable The Amar rest is not adjustable. If your table is high then you will face a problem with the Amar rest. It would have been better if it was adjustable. 3) There is an inclined mechanism up to 135 degrees but I did not find it very useful as there is no locking in the inclined mechanism I am giving this review after using it for more than a month. I am facing some problem. I am telling you genuine things in the review and I did not find any such problem. You can award all these three things.So you can definitely buy this chair if you get it below Rs.6000 Thank you 🙏

Green Soul is a very good option. Build Quality is Good. But, I would strongly suggest the manufacturer, to add a feature to lock the chair in tilted position. Than this would have been super duper awesome. And I would recommend the user's to go for Jupiter Go, or New York edition and NOT NEW YORK GO. Because, of it's raw and rigid hand arm rest. I didn't notice that. But, you should go for the other models of this company. Overall this is a great comfy chair for continuous sitting. Helps you maintaining the posture. I don't feel any back pain or neck pain anymore now.

Tilt mechanism malfunctioed within 4 months. Product Warranty is a scam as they asked for money for technician visits. Technicians are third party sourced. They claimed that seatbis broken and I purchased a new seat. Installation is done from my own pocket. But I found seat is intact and problem seems to be different. For further technician visit they asked more money. Also they don't have designated grivenance officer. Product is kind of ok but quality in my view is substandard. Never mind a horrific customer care.

This chair is very easy to assemble, seems sturdy, comfortable to sit, exactly how it is showed in the posting. Why am I giving 4 stars is because these things are very good in the beginning. Will post my thoughts once again after 6 months. The only thing which I found out of the ordinary was the follow up of the vendor to post a review. I sincerely hope they are as rigorous incase there are any problems. Overall, great product. Go for it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Quality of the product is average, seat is soft but the lumbar support is bad and chair is not that much comfortable. The wheel of chair is unstable
