My 12 year old daughter was tickled to receive this as an Easter gift and has spent time every day since learning to crochet. Lots of hooks with ergonomic rubberized grips, the yarn is of nice colors, though not high quality, but fine for learning and practice. We did buy a separate, spiral-bound instruction book, the instructions provided were adequate, but very fine print and small illustrations. This kit is perfect if you can teach crochet or already know how and just wanted lots of tools in a handy, inexpensive, and attractive carry all. Daughter expects to do her first granny square in the coming week. I would absolutely purchase this again as a gift to young crafters.

Great kit! Included all different sizes of hooks from 0.6mm to 6mm. All the tools are very useful and good quality. Love the pink pouch it comes in.

Plenty of supplies for the money. The little case is cute. The yarn is just a little acrylic things but overall it was very nice.

It’s a good beginners kit, the color variety is well, the balls of yarn are a bit small and the quality isn’t the best but good enough for a beginner set. Yarn material terrible so it kind of unravels whilst crocheting so need to be careful with that.

This is a great little beginners kit and comes with everything you need to get started. It is small and great for travel. It doesn’t smell bad and the yarn is decent for a starter kit. There’s several colors and a lot of different tools inside. It also comes with a little book to get started, the kit seems durable and the items are better quality than expected. Keep in mind the hook sizes though and the largest size included might not be large enough for you.

Bought this as a gift and it was well appreciated, it's easy to use and I know she is going to have a great time learning her crochet craft, if you are a beginner this a set is a perfect start.
