Comes with everything you might need to clean those print heads. Even though my particular printer still wouldn't print and I ended up throwing it away, I'm not going to fault this kit. Kit comes with cleaner, 10mL syringe, multiple sturdy sponge-tipped cleaning sticks, different lengths of tube to attach to end of syringe, different styles of nozzles/caps to attach to syringe or each other, gloves, and handy instruction sheet.

It was easy to use, do wear gloves, it did not fix my problem, I had to try, need a new Printhead

I used this item to clean the printhead on my HP 6830 printer. Once I got the right combination of the various adapters and fittings (4 stars here) it did a good job for me. The solution flushed out the old ink as evidenced by the wetness and colors on the folded paper towel I put under the printhead to catch the flush. All told I bought two of these kits at different times because of the results and the cost. I have nearly a full bottle of the solution left and won't hesitate to use it again when needed. Sadly, it will NOT REPAIR printheads so I had to buy a new one for my problem.

I gave it a shot, it didn’t work for me, but for $8 it was worth trying vs tossing the printer. It cleaned the printer head, but didn’t do enough to get rid of the Hp printer error.

Works good for HP OfficeJet Pro 8019 printer printhead, 11-26-2023. HP 8015e have the same printhead. Fortunately the printhead still works. Work sure you have a new set of ink cartridge ready.Used the 4.5 inch diameter plastic jar cap (from snack plastic jar) as a fluid tray. Put just enough of this cleaning fluid to soak the printhead "tip". As the instruction says, leave for 30 minutes (or 45 minutes). Then remove the printhead and put on paper towel (with plastic below, ink will soak through). Use the syringe and tube to suck in the cleaning fluid and fluid through the ink port (short tube), all 4 ink ports, with print head lifted over the jar cap tray, see the old ink and cleaning fluid drip freely. Too much flushing will waste ink. After that dry and clean the printhead and with the printer still on install the printhead and the new ink cartridge. Do the test print. The empty ink well will suck in a lot of the new ink. Took about 1 hour plus. This is the economic option to try before buying new printhead, to my opinion.

Be prepared. Before starting to clean the printhead get some throwaway plastic container to place under as it will make a mess.

This product cleaned the header, but it made more errors pop up on my printer. So I have to buy a new header regardless.

My printer heads were really clogged. The manufacturer informs the customer that the cleaning liquid may not be applicable for your printer. There is a listing for brand name printers the liquid apples to. Instruction are great. All the accessories are packed together and nothing missing! I was very surprised at how clogged one printer head was. I’m excited to use my printer now.
