Will the apple airtag work with Samsung?

I didn't know that you could do something like that with the collar that I have I did not see anything on the collar about any apps to get for it I didn't see anything like that I seen that it was a beautiful color that it had a pivot point circlet for the tags or most people would use it for connection to the their lead but yeah I I didn't know that you could use an app on it and I I'm looking at the color itself I don't think this caller has that same function
